How Lucie O'Sullivan uses information for audio tour orders, delivery and customer support.

Who Handles Your Information
Lucie O’Sullivan is responsible for the personal information used to sell and support tours through this website. Contact lucieosullivan@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information We Use
For direct purchases, we use your email address, selected tour, order and payment references, payment status, assigned voucher code and delivery status. Stripe may also collect your name, billing information and payment details. Your full card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in our website or voucher inventory.
If you contact Lucie, we use your contact details and the information you provide to answer your enquiry. Website hosting and payment providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect their services.
Why We Use It
We use order information to fulfil our contract with you: taking payment, delivering the correct code, providing support and handling cancellations. Necessary accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations. We also have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud, investigating delivery failures, protecting the service and resolving disputes. We do not add purchasers to a marketing mailing list as part of checkout.
An email address and payment information are necessary to complete a direct purchase and deliver your code. If you do not provide them, we cannot fulfil the order. Code assignment and delivery are automated; this is not a credit or eligibility assessment.
Services Involved
- Stripe processes payments and keeps payment and fraud-prevention records. Stripe privacy policy.
- Make runs the fulfilment workflow and stores the private order-to-voucher record. Make privacy notice.
- Resend sends the order email and records email delivery information. Resend privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts the website and processes the technical information needed to serve and protect it. Netlify privacy policy.
- Google Gmail is used for customer correspondence and order-problem alerts. Google privacy policy.
Lucie and authorised technical support can access the information needed to maintain the service. The public website does not contain the private voucher inventory or customer order records. A separate initial voucher backup contains codes, not a live record of customer purchases.
When you redeem a code or buy directly on VoiceMap, you use VoiceMap’s own service and account. Its handling of your information is explained in VoiceMap’s privacy policy. We do not automatically send your checkout email address to VoiceMap as part of code delivery.
Some providers operate internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable privacy notices and data-processing terms explain the locations and transfer safeguards they use, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact Lucie for information about safeguards relevant to your order.
How Long Information Is Kept
Order and payment records are retained for applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. Voucher-assignment records are needed to prevent the same code being sold twice and to resolve access or payment disputes. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related claim. We review operational records for deletion or minimisation when those purposes no longer require personal data; provider logs are also subject to each provider’s retention settings. Contact Lucie for the retention criteria applicable to your information.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some information may need to be retained to comply with law or deal with a legal claim. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email lucieosullivan@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity appropriately. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and External Links
The tour pages do not add an advertising tracker as part of this checkout integration. Stripe checkout and other external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies when you visit them. Links to VoiceMap, app stores and other websites take you to services operated by those organisations.
